9-12: Five Artists of the Mexican Revolution

In this ARTESEDGE lesson, students research the major events and personalities in the Mexican Revolution, and explore how these people and events influenced the art being created at that time in Mexico. Using the guided directives, students learn about the relationship between art and history. Students may complete this lesson in English or in Spanish, depending on the level of the student’s fluency. This resource contains links to teacher and student materials and to related websites.
