I work in a learning center in San Antonio Texas,  I'm not only the pre kinder teacher but I'm also Assistant in Management.  I work with this teacher, which I have been observing since I was in the per school classroom.  I would notice that she lost control of her room, she would always expect other  to help or do her job.  Being that I am management she would always come to me when ever she had challenging children, She never wonted to deal with any children who where challenging. (When I say challenging I mean children with behavior issues.) She always ask to remove the child from her room, or just not deal with the issue. Well now I'm the Pre kinder teacher, she was going to leave and work for the school district, being that she has her degree and is now Texas certified.  But just could not find a school that would hire her.  She is now the per school teacher, and is having problems with a child.  This is one thing that gets to me that she does, she tell the parent all kinds of negative about the child, no positive at all. Since school started.  The child's parent got so frustrated with the teacher, Any ways the child is now on medication being that he was diagnosed with ADHD.  He is doing better, but it seems to me that that was not enough for her, its been 3 days that the child has been on medication and she is still complaining to the director that she can't teach her class do to the fact that this child distracts all the children in the classroom.  The director now asked me if I would take this child in my class and try to work with him, which I have no problem with him, I have a problem with teacher who does not wont to do her job.  I am taking this new child in my room even though he is younger than all the children in my room.  But I am going to prof to the director that is not the child that was the problem, but the teacher that can't control her classroom.  I need help with activities and / or ideas to help this child who is starting next week with me.
