 Hello everyone,

Is there anyone who teaches using Mac Computer's?  I have started teaching as a Teacher Assistant at a Title One School and this is my first year teaching and there is so much that I am not sure of that I am always double guessing myself.

Currently my student load is from Kindergarten thru 5th graders.  Gotta say they a smart little things however, many of then do not have computers in their homes.  Therefore, practice at home is most difficult however, I am sure that if they focus at school they will learn how to use many of the features on the computer.  I would like to find different projects for them to do.  Powerpoint, Excel and Word.  There are so many things that can be done and I just want to see if there are so teachers out there that have some cool ideas for the kids to do.

Help me out and I will be extremely grateful and my kids will thank you.

I teach in an all Mac Lab.  There are tons of projects you can do with your kiddos but the projects that will have the most impact will be those that correspond and relate to projects you are already working on in class.  Just as you wouldn't ask for great projects using paper and pencil, asking for a project specifically for the tool isn't always useful.  Use the comptuer as a tool to do what you are already doing and your kids will love it!  For other projects visit my blog http://ilearntechnology.com, I add a new idea every day.
