What am I doing?

Posted 2 months ago I almost thought I would lose my house this summer. I was awarded a class to teach, but due to certification problems, it was taken from me--I don't have a technical college reading certification and was initially offered a reading class that I've been teaching for a year now. Luckily, I did get another. After July 17 when the class ends, I may have to have my knees replaced--yikes! So my summer won't be a thrill a minute. I know I will drive up to Door County where my life partner has a trailer and do some fishing for salmon and trout. |

| Posted 2 months ago My contract ends as of June 25th and then I am RETIRED!!! After 37 years I intend to sleep,sit on my porch and read my books!!! Last year I ended up working all summer on the master schedule and did not have even ONE day off!!!! Will never do that again... I hope everyone will have a great summer. |

| Posted 2 months ago Thank God school ends soon. I'm really exhausted. It's been a hard year especially since it's my first one teaching in Florida. I'll be with my family and friends taking it very easy and w/o stress. I haven't had time to visit many places here so that's what I plan to due during the summer. I'll be a fun vacation. I hope everyone has as much fun as I will. |
