I passed my certification tests last summer, but have still not been hired on as a Teacher.  I have worked this year at a Title I school as a tutor and was hoping it would lead to a position, but instead of positions opening- 2 teachers were surplussed.  So could someone please tell me what to do, so that I can do it.  I've applied, done the job fair thing, tried to make contacts, etc.  Short of stalking principals, I can't do anything else.  Please if you are in the area and feel that you can help, please let me know.  Also- any words of advice are appreciated...
