This online tool has one of the most robust and simplistic interface for creating and using live webinars. It is a free up to 20 users during a session. I have been able to integrate this site/tool to assist my teachers in instructional technology training. Register free at http://www.vyew.com and then create vyewbooks from scratch or upload files to present. Options for video and audio are also a bonus with this tool. There is also a feature that allows for easy desktop sharing. I absolutely love this tool and would reccommend it to you if you are interested in holoding webinars for online instructional technology training.
