Personal

About Me:
I am married to an awesome guy from my hometown (Morgantown, WV). He's currently in the process of retiring from the US Navy after 24 years of service as a hospital corpsman. He already has a civilian job and is moving right into his second career. We have 2 children (a son age 8 and a daughter age 4) and a small dog. While we're both from West Virginia, we've decided to remain in Colorado for now. We've lived in the Virginia Beach area, San Diego, CA and now beautiful Colorado! I taught college part-time for 12 years and finally obtained my teaching license to teach high school. This year will be my 4th year teaching English and journalism (advising the yearbook and newspaper). I am also now a mentor teacher in the Teacher Advancement Program (TAP -- an excellent program!). I'm enjoying the information I receive from the Apple!
Hobbies:
Reading, Scrapbooking, Photography, Animals/Pets, Outdoor Activities, Shopping, Music, Traveling, Movies, Watching TV, Dining Out
