Before the Job Fair

Are you prepared for a Job Fair? You’ll need plenty of copies of your resume. You’ll also need to dress professionally to make a great first impression. If there is a particular system or school that you want to seek out at the Job Fair, make sure you do your homework so you can ask important questions. Read more.

On Site

Get a feel for the job fair by speaking with as many employers as possible. Schools seeking educators to fill positions might ask you questions or just collect your resume. Be prepared to not only answer questions but ask them as well. Make sure you get a feeling for the position and the school by taking good notes or collecting business cards. You might meet a lot of people and remembering your experiences clearly could impact what jobs you pursue. Read more.
